Set-up takes place between 4:00pm – 6:00pm

What time can I break down my table?
Please break down your table following the conclusion of the showcase, starting at 9:00pm. All items must be removed at the close of the showcase (10 PM).

What does the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase Include?
Your space will include a 3 ft round high-top table and a tablecloth, WiFi will be available, however additional power will not be available at each table.

How many people can I have at my booth?
We welcome two to three attendees at each booth; we ask that you please register each attendee!

What should I bring?
In continued support of our sustainability/green initiative we are asking partners not to bring swag this year. We do highly encourage:

• high-top branded tablecloths
• table-top banners
• 8.5 x 11 print-out of your raffle item (raffle items can be shipped directly to winners post-event)

Will there be a partner passport?
Yes! All attendees will be given a passport sheet and we will provide each partner with a special stamp. Attendees are encouraged to go to partners and collect stamps in order to get a free Converge-branded polo.

*Items must not arrive prior to: Thursday, February 1^st, 2024. If items arrive before February 1^st, you will be charged an extra handling fee.
*Please be prepared to ship back any unused items. You will need to bring a return label. There is a FedEx onsite, or we can help you with the return as long as you have a pre-paid label.

How will the raffle work?
Please bring a printout of your raffle item.
We will provide 8 1/2 x 11 stands. Raffle items do not need to be physically brought to the summit, but can be mailed after the event to the winners. Attendees will be able to enter for individual raffles at the partner tables. Raffles will be announced during the Partner Showcase for select sponsorships only. Please refer to the Sponsorship Brochure for more information.

How is my table spot assigned?
Tables are pre-assigned by Converge on a first-come, first-served basis. Earlier sign-ups will receive spots closer to the doors and bars.

How can I find my table?
Tables will be labeled with your company’s name. There will also be Converge staff onsite to assist you ahead of the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase.

Who is available if I need help?
Amy Barnes, Jennifer Pham, and additional Converge staff will be available onsite to help manage the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase.
