Set-up takes place between 4:00pm – 6:00pm

What time can I break down my table?
Please break down your table following the conclusion of the showcase, starting at 9:00pm. All items must be removed at the close of the showcase (10 PM). You are responsible for shipping back your items.

What does the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase Include?
Your space will include a 6 foot table and a tablecloth; WiFi will be available, however additional power will not be available at each table.

How many people can I have at my booth?
We welcome up to four attendees at each booth; we ask that you please register each attendee. Attendee registration will be available starting November 1st. 

What should I bring?
In continued support of our sustainability/green initiative we are asking partners not to bring swag this year. We do highly encourage:

• branded tablecloths
• table-top or stand-up banners
• 8.5 x 11 print-out of your raffle item (raffle items can be shipped directly to winners post-event)

Will there be a partner passport?
Yes! All attendees will be given a passport sheet and we will provide each partner with a special stamp. Attendees are encouraged to go to partners and collect stamps in order to be entered into raffles that will be drawn during the main stage sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.

*Items must not arrive prior to: Thursday, January 30^th, 2025. If items arrive before January 30^th, you will be charged an extra handling fee.
*Please be prepared to ship back any unused items. You will need to bring a return label, and there is a FedEx Office onsite.

How will the raffle work?
Please bring a printout of your raffle item.
We will provide 8 1/2 x 11 stands. Attendees will be able to enter for individual raffles at the partner tables. Raffle items do not need to be physically brought to the summit, but can be mailed after the event to the winners. If you do bring you item to the event, you are responsible for notifying the winner and delivering the prize. The item cost is up to you! We have seen a range of giveaways from bluetooth speakers, gift cards, luggage, AirPods, and even laptops!

How is my table spot assigned?
Tables are pre-assigned by Converge on a first-come, first-served basis. Earlier sign-ups will receive spots closer to the doors and bars. The Coastal Welcome sponsors will have premium spots.

How can I find my table?
Tables will be labeled with your company’s name. There will also be Converge staff onsite to assist you ahead of the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase.

Who is available if I need help?
Kata Pavlov, Annie Wallace, Kristi Dzubay, and additional Converge staff will be available onsite to help manage the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase.
