 Here's how it works:

Fill out the form completely to register. It is important that you provide the complete shipping address to which you would like your kit shipped. A phone number is required for alcohol shipments. In some states, a signature of an adult aged 21 or over is required for delivery. If you don’t know the name of your Converge rep, please put unknown

A kit will be shipped to you prior to the event. To ensure that you receive your kit prior to the tasting, please register by September 12th. We will continue to accept registrations however we cannot guarantee that your kit will arrive in time for the tasting event.

Please note that we can only ship within the United States. Space is limited.We reserve the right to decline unqualified registrations.
