Where is the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase located?
The Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase is in the Golf Pavilion at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek hotel. A complimentary shuttle is available from the Wyndham hotel to the Hilton Bonnet Creek.

When does the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase take place?
Wednesday, February 1, 2023
Start time: 6:00pm – 9:00pm

When is the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase set-up?
Set-up takes place between 4:00pm – 5:00pm

What time can I break down my table?
Please break down your table following the conclusion of the showcase, starting at 9:00pm.

What does the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase Include?
Your space will include a 3 ft round high-top table and a dark tablecloth, WiFi will be available, however additional power will not be available at each table.

How many people can I have at my booth?
We welcome two to three attendees at each booth; we ask that you please register each attendee!

What should I bring?
In support of our sustainability/green initiative we are asking partners not to bring swag this year. We do highly encourage: Branded tablecloths, table-top banners, and a raffle item to give away at your table.

How will the raffle work?
Please bring a printout of your raffle item.
We will provide 8 1/2 x 11 stands. Raffle items do not need to be physically brought to the summit, but can be mailed after the event to the winners. Attendees will be able to enter for individual raffles at the partner tables. We will announce the winners of the raffles during the Partner Showcase.

How can I find my table?
Tables will be labeled with your company’s name. There will also be Converge staff onsite to assist you ahead of the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase.

Who is available if I need help?
Amy Barnes, Jennifer Pham, and additional Converge staff will be available onsite to help manage the Welcome Reception & Partner Showcase. You can easily find the marketing team in bright colored shirts!
